Microsoft Stream is a business video service that aims to give businesses the ability to share video internally. Using your Office 365 account, you can share videos with the same kind of flexibility as YouTube and Vimeo. MS Stream also integrates social media by allowing likes and comments. However MS Stream added the benefits of security so users can choose with which groups they want to share their video.

Let's find out how to use Microsoft Stream. Navigate to https://stream.microsoft.com/en-us.
Hit Sign in.
You will be able to sign in your free or professional Office 365 account. Or you can create a (free) account.
Hit Upload your first video.
Hit select files and browse to your video file.
Choose who can see the video: your organization, custom or only you.
Once the video is uploaded and processed you can change the title, add a description and change the visibility of the video. You can also create channels to categorize videos per subject.
Hit the blue button Publish this video on top of the video.
